I am a gestalt counsellor and therapist (in training), living and working in Zürich, Switzerland.
 
I spent over 15 years in high-performing international business environments—startups, scale-ups, and corporations—both as a specialist and a leader. Along the way, I realized that achieving success doesn’t always bring fulfillment. You can feel stressed, disconnected, or uncertain about what truly matters, despite doing well on paper. Now, I help people who want to succeed without losing themselves—combining real business experience with psychological guidance.
 
For me, therapy or counselling is a shared journey of getting to know yourself more deeply: your emotions, needs, and the strengths you may not always see. I believe that real change grows out of genuine connection, acceptance, and being met with presence rather than judgment. In our work together, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can bring your full story - all the parts of you, exactly as they are. We gently explore what helps you thrive and what may be standing in the way of living more fully. As awareness grows, so does a sense of inner alignment. My hope is that through this process you begin to feel more satisfied in your life and relationships, and able to live in a way that feels true to who you are.
